This is good! One of my favorite thoughts has been if no one is paying for something, there is likely a reason for it. Vary rarely does someone come up with an original idea.
I'd be interested in your thoughts on a new product or service in a specific area. For example, bringing something from a larger city to a smaller city. New to the area but not necessarily a new business model.
